I have a few nose rings that I have laser cut. They are all made from 3mm (roughly 1/8") plywood. Though they are cut to Imperial measurements, I have made them slightly oversized (by about 1/16") to contour to spinners and give you some sanding buffer when shaping the nose. They are also very slightly conical (one side is roughly 2mm wider in diameter than the other) for the same reasons.

Shipping is from Singapore through stamped mail. It'd cost $3 total for any amount up to 5 nose rings. Anything more will cost slightly more due to the weight. I can also ship via tracked package, though that'd probably cost more than it's worth. I have found that letter mail takes about 2-3 weeks to get to the States.
