Paul, go to Shtterman on EBAY AKA the Control Line Store he offers Enya needle valve assemblies for about $14 which is quite a bargain considering the quality of them compared to what little is available. In my opinion the Enya needle is far superior to the Mccoy. However, there's always a however. If your friend is still coming in inverted, even the Enya is going to bend and it will bend the needle and the spraybar. So another option is the Super Tiger clones, they're darn near a direct fit but they will require a Perfect bellcrank fiber washer on each side to center it. You can figure out the proper needle setting and cut the needle where you can then remove the bluing and solder a washer to the top as a knob. This can keep your needle barely projecting out of the spraybar like the combat flyers do which will prevent the needle from getting wiped out.
