Nowhere where you can just plug in your credit card and buy one.
eBay sometimes but $$$.
Occasionally one can be spotted buried in a parts lot.
Greg at Kamtechnik told me (July 2023) he was going to build a handful and see if they sold well, but I haven’t seen them posted yet. Maybe if you let him know you were interested it would help the schedule.

I'm making a production run of these in coming months - a clone of the blue magic head. Along with stuffer backplates and ABC piston/liner/rod/pin sets.
