This engine has the Fox factory ABC parts and I think the stuffer backplate as well.  I also have the hemi head kit.  I never noticed a difference in power or running characteristics with the hemi head.
The engine has good compression.  The needle valve assembly is missing in action.  The prop washer has been drilled out for a shaft extension so you will need another washer or make a bushing.
