Early FOX drive washer
« on: October 08, 2024, 07:24:07 PM »
Does anyone have any bits and pieces to suit early FOX 29/35 Stunt engines ? I'm chasing an original prop drive washer for a 1952 model - it's just a flat, steel washer with a plain tapered hole. There's no splines or "D" hole, simply the taper that matches the front of the shaft

I think those were the same drive washers as on another brand of engine or two. Might have been O&R, or maybe the green head Torpedoes. MECOA bought all of the remaining parts stock from Fox and you might check their website if you haven't already. I wish I had a junk barrel like the late Marvin Denny had!! he was consistently pulling parts out of there to help guys out with small parts. i wonder what became of that after he passed away? We miss you Marvin "Big Iron" Denny!!
