Looking for two Brian Gardner piston/liner sets for the OS MAX S 35. Anyone out there willing to part with their stash?

Hi Brian;
Lots of suspect engines out their that could just use rods, that would be really useful also. The rods are the weak link on some of these engines. Might be beneficial to you that once you are set up, run double or triple the number of rods you need with a P&L set, if you do include a rod with those. That's one set that I have not gotten from you yet.

I never finalise price until a production run is complete, however for estimation purposes the current St35 peri port sets are $135 Australian dollars plus shipping.

I don't have near enough people on a waiting list to do another run yet - so at a guess I'd say not till early 2024 (unless the list grows significantly)

I'll let my friend know at least a year away. He'll probably look elsewhere. In the meantime my 2 sets are ready for break-in when weather improves. I'll let the group know how well they run.

"Elsewhere" is the basements and garages of guys that bought sets from Brian, and then never used them. I have bought a few that way. Just need to keep your eye and ears open, and be prepared when they become available. I don't know of anyone else doing this type of work at this time. Brian's stuff is well worth the wait.

As a matter of interest, I was going through my OS parts and found a new rod in the package. This 35S rod also fits the 30S, H35 and H29R engines, so if anyone needs a rod for those engines you might consider getting them from Brian.
