Title: Update P-39
Post by: john e. holliday on September 09, 2008, 04:15:52 PM
Well I finally got it out this past weekend and got a couple of so called flights on it.  Have about 3 ounces of lead in the tail and removed the spinner.  Had to tweek the elevators as it turn insides much better than outsides.  Still have not done a pattern, but, the OS 40FP runs like a champ.  Later,  DOC Holliday

Glad you got the plans.  It is the Bill Simons version which was kitted by Walter Umland.  The pictures are on this forum somewhere.  But just in case.  Went to get pictures that used to be in the computor file.  Grandaughters have deleted everything.  Later,  DOC Holliday
