Hi Bear

Been slowed for a couple weeks - hosted a baby shower for my daughter, then moved our youngest daughter in last week - and into this week!  Hoping to get back to making serious workshop noises this weekend. Here's a few updates:

Got the "beavertail" installed at the rear base of fin

Made a cowl with a small chin scoop for the motor, and a "spoon" scoop for the battery.

Of course I also needed outlets - how 'bout those pill bottles - uhh, I mean JET tailpipes!

The lower rear fins, nose gear doors (not shown) and main gear doors (also not shown) will be installed after covering.

Needs a thorough sanding out, thinking military scheme, probably with a NAVY theme like Jack's...

OH, and THANKS for asking!

Denny,
We are in the "detail" stage. Many hours, and slowed progress. But, it will be worth it.

Keep up the great work.

Thanks!  It is looking really nice.

I can really tell from the tail end shot that everything is right on dead straight.
