A long time ago I picked up, somewhere, a Golden State remake of the F-94 Sterling kit. Great kit and I finally decided to build it. Now comes the sad part...........
There is a piece, "R-3" that goes on top of the fuselage and the stab mounts on it. 1/8th balsa I suspect, and it is missing from the kit. Even the top right corner of the plans (Sterling copy) which shows the scale view of the model is washed out so that I can not "enlarge it" and make the part.
Can someone trace this part for me? or in some other way give me an idea of how to "make" it correctly? I have never seen full size plans offered anywhere.
Thanks!

I have one of Larry's kits and can also supply you a template if needed.

Larry kitted them for a while. He now lives in Sparks, Nevada, reight nest to Reno. He may still have the templates.
He can be reached on here, as he is a registerd member. H^^
HI Ty,
I "know" Larry from the boards and have talked with him a few times. Never knew where he lived, and I had forgot he kitted the Sterling F-94. This kit is a Golden State, but still the same, I would suspect.
Thanks!

HI Dennis,
I would LOVE to have a tracing for that part. I could actually build it then! LOL!! Just saw your PM as I replied. ;D
