I have a Kenhi Mustang. Bob Whitely built it and powered it with an OS 40 FP for Old Time Stunt. It was a better flyer than the Veco Mustang according to Whitely, he'd also tried it out for Old Time. His impression is that neither model would be competitive in Classic. Your elevation is the same as Tucson, Arizona so it you keep it light it would perform similarly. Well, if you're as good at trimming as Whitely.
It has a little dihedral I think, and small flaps and a tall fuselage. Bob's is really light, like 38-40 oz. I've never flown it and probably won't because the rod end controls are bound up and replacement is a destructive process to the model. Too bad, I'd have loved to try it out. It looks good on the hangar wall.
