Well, here it is. I think "understated" is the word. I thought about tarting it up a bit more with some inklines, etc. But decided that this will have to do. I'm not much of a green fan and I have to say I'm sick of looking at it. Sigh...

Randy,
I`m not a green person either. But you
have done a great job. I think it`s positively beautiful.

PS. Yes, there will be pics posted soon on the Eagles

Thanks, Gordan. I think when the clear is on and the pearl stands out a bit, I'll like it. Should looks cool in the sun.

Randy, I dig the green. But.......if you're not a fan of green, why did you paint it that color?

Probably because Dave Gierke's original was green as well.

Looks good Randy, I look forward to seeing it in person. I started coloring the Qship yesterday. posting pictures in the "ARF " section as I go if your interested. It should stand out on the flightline if nothing else?
-
Mike,
Yea, that right. I had intended to duplicate the original, but decided to freelance a bit. But I kept essentially the same color tones (though Dave didn't use pearls in the original). As Mark notes talking about his ship, it should stand out on the flight line. I just hope it doesn't disappear in the trees.

Randy,
Stealth stunters aren't good from the pilots prespective when the lighting gets dim. Hopefully, all you flights will be near high noon and away from the trees. :o n~

Maybe dayglo. :)
I sent a picture to Dave G. He seemed to like it OK. Wish I was home today. It's actually nice enough I could shoot on the clear. Sigh... Be too late by the time I get home.

Great. 6 hours to your house, an hour in the paint booth, 6 hours home. Hmmm... Maybe this weekend. %^@
