 I'd say yes, it's a Midwest version that someone "bashed" into a B model Mustang. The Midwest design was the bubble canopy D model. It could be the Brodak design though, they kit a B model. Not sure about the Classic legal eligibility of the Midwest design but I'm pretty sure the Brodak one is too new.

  The Midwest kit looked more like the H model with taller tail. You need to know a whole lot more about the model in the photo to be sure.Lots of Mustangs kits and plans out there.

     Hey! I have a plane that looks exactly like that one! Mine is a Brodak that I bought used.  It flies real good!
