If you take your wife to her favorite fabric store, look for the polyester material section.  All colors of the rain bow.  Not saying that is what Ty has.  His might be died silk.  What say Ty. H^^

Really a cool project Ty.  I remember the purple and the green versions of the Minado - awesome, all bad ass attitude!

I did the same kind of thing with the Playboy. The "flavor" of the original without duplicating it exactly. Your Minado still looks "period correct".
I'd buy a Minado kit in a nanosecond if one was available. ;D

You're a braver man than me, Chief!  I wouldn't want to try and tackle all those different shades of purple....... ;D

Hey Ty, fly it as it may be the best one yet.  Looking at the pictures I see nothing wrong with it.   H^^
