My buddy Nils Norling built a Tempest last year powered by a sort of bizzare 51. He seems pretty happy with it.

I remember the pics of Nils Tempest. Looked good. What do you mean by "bizzare .51"

If I remember the story correctly, it's a .51 piston and cylinder stuffed into a 40 case. Something like a Supertigre top end and OS bottom (I just don't remember the details). Sounded odd when he told me about it, but hey, where else can you get a sub-9 oz 51? Works OK, I guess. I haven't seen it run yet.
