I'm a "red and white" kind of guy, but I decided to let the grandkids choose the colors for my latest project. They said the new "in" colors are dark blue and apple green. I said "no way", but.....

DupliColor lacquer with PPG clear final coat
Only mod was 1/2" extension of the LG to allow me to fly off grass.
Trim flights will be with 2-blade prop. TT spinners and 3-blade props are expensive!

Funny you should mention the Seahawks Wayne. I never paid that much attention to their uniforms before, but the day after I finished the painting, we watched the Seahawks play. I was dumbfounded at the colors. They even had apple green pin-striping outlining their light blue uniform numbers. Exactly the same as I did my AMA number. The grandkids were freaking out. Weird.

I think the color choice was a good one. The blue isn't right out of a can, looks like a mix?
