Thanks guys, I just wish I had the time to get to fly her more. I had intentions of going to Dayton today, unfortunately it seems other things got in the way.

I was looking at some at some old NATS pictures last night and came across this one of Jim Silhavey's GYPSY taken at the 1971 NATS in Glenview.  I was heading towards the car for the drive home when fellow club member Bill Winter stopped me and said, "Take my picture next to this gorgeous airplane."  So I did. 

Looks like a classic car show going on in the background ... but no, those were just everyday cars at the time.  Where did the time go???  My ride is the dark blue Mustang in the background.  That's car owner/flying buddy George Schemmel is waiting impatiently in the driver's seat for me to hurry up.  Gotta go!
