I would presume that Gordan is referencing his Heinz-57 design.

This is Ray Firkin's beautiful Heinz-57 with an Aero-Tiger 36.
Laser-cut, "Ted Fancher Precision-Pro" Hard Point Handle Kits are available again.  PM for info.

The Heinz 57 kind of rings a bell. I would like to know more, plans availability and such. Ray's model is very nice, open cockpit is neat and different. Looks like a blend of several different models.
  Type at you later,

I remember back in 72  or so when he had one called Thunder Chicken. I think it was part Thunderbird.  H^^
Ty, The Thunder Chicken was Pete Petersen plane, mine was the Nobel chicken. All my Heinz plane were build from Nobler kits. None were built from wreck parts.
