Did Dave Hemstraught build a PT-23?

I have heard that Dave Hemstruaght built a radial engine version (PT-23) of his famous PT-19 design. Does anyone have any info to support that - picutres or such?

Hi Dennis

Dave never did built the 23, but he did do several different paint scheme on the 19s he built, the silver ones and the blue ones.
