Title: Dennis Adamisin (??)
Post by: Bill Little on May 02, 2007, 06:25:24 AM
HI Dennis,

Is there any changes to make to the plans that were published for your Typhoon?  Just checking since sometimes the published plans do not *always* get everything correct.

TIA!

Lee,  I can't remember exactly, but I believe they are part of the "Pond" plans from AMA now.

Where be ye, Dennis??

SORRY!  I was out of town a couple days then managed to miss this.

Typhoon as published in American Aircraft Modeler was the Typhoon as built.  I submitted pencil drawings, they were inked and I think they added some good detail like bushed control horns.  I do not think there were any other differences.

The Typhoon that was kitted as a profile had some differences beyond the profile fuselage: 1/4" flaps & stab instead of 3/8".  Not sure if there was anything else.  My Dad built one of the Typhoon profiles, I flew it once and thought it flew well.
