Can a design which qualifies for OTS also be flown in Classic ?

Yep...Mark is right...I often fly my Smoothie in Classic events although it is Old Time legal as well...For a long
time I flew it in Precision events too...mostly cuz it was the only plane I had at the time...finally fixed that with
a Cardinal.
