Airbrushing.
The only airbrushing I did on that Mig was with the soft teal color on the nose. A couple of passes over the white primer to cover but just a solid color. Artist's acrylic for that color.
The rudder got a pass or two to dial down what I had previously brushed on it. I needed the edges to appear a bit softer. Artist's acrylic.
The exhaust soot. That was airbrushed, one pass, but I gave it a swipe when still wet, immediately, with my finger, then made another light pass. Artist's acrylic.
All the rest was Krylon aerosol cans.

Jim, I made a living with an airbrush for 35 years, I really hate to start them up.
So, all that detailing was accomplished with either wet or dry brush work techniques. Some artist's acrylic and some oil base.
