Many of you know that I have been fighting some Cancer since December. That is still in force, but on top of that I have some projects that are a work in progress. Here are three pictures of my DH-4, a model of the plane that my father was shot down in nearly 100 years ago this coming late Summer. I have been thinking of setting it up for NW Sport .40 just for the heck of it. This has been a hard go, what with a set of plans from 1948 when building techniques were much different from today.
My second novel this year is almost in he printing stage. It is the story of my father's reason for coming to America and includes the story of his younger brother that was killed on June 6, 1918 at Belleau Wood in France. If interested in this book PM me for more information.
Once again, Ginny and I will NOT be attending he Brodak contest next month*&^$@#$^!!!
Take a look at he pictures, laugh a bit and let us know what your doing this Summer.
Joe
PS The black looking sticks are built up struts for the wing attachments.
