Huntersville NC Oct 19
« on: October 11, 2013, 03:46:28 PM »
I should have put this on here a long time ago. Our fall contest is coming up and just letting everyone know we will have 15, Profile, Class 1 and 2 combined, and All Nostalgia combined(% of last years top 20). Electrics allowed in everything but nostalgia. We are going to try to start by 9. Hope to see you there. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Thanks
David

Okay, here's what I've ordered. A few clouds to keep the sun out of our eyes, I hope that's okay!

That's what they said last time, changed as I was driving down.  I hope they are right this time.

Hey, you know you can't depend on the weatherman unless he is located in a desert area. LL~ LL~

Looking forward to seeing you again John. Now it is looking like we might have a little drizzle in the morning but should be clear the rest of the day. I will be out there tomorrow from about 830 to 1 to do some final mowing and a little practice.

Hey David, great pictures.  Maybe I will make it down that way sometime.   Need to get busy and build a couple of carriers for Class I & II.  I have my profiles if I ever learn to fly them. LL~ LL~

Here is a video I took from middle of the circle of Sarah flying her skyray at the Oct contest. I have had trouble uploading it to youtube for some reason but I finally got it to work.

That is great videos.  I see she needs just a slight bit more practice.  Especially the commie cozzie landing.   She will in  time learn to throttle back and hold the nose up attitude on the plane.   Maybe one of these years I will make it down to your neighborhood.   Oh, thanks for the videos.
