Found the item using, control line handle, advanced search, under completed sales. Pull tested to 50 lbs, which I think is a "little light" for carrier.
Thanks

Thanks guys, I was looking under completed sales under the name "Ultimate U Control" with no luck...found it.
Looks good

Wayne,
Your right about the pull test. The home made " Bischoff " design will take a carrier pull. Mine will take at least 90 and probably more, but then I need a designated puller.

I hate to say this but if we don't watch out with these R/C handle conversions we are going to have big trouble. Has anyone reviewed pull test procedures on this handle? I remember a whole bunch of B/S about pulling safety thongs and J Roberts handles correctly. It took forever to get the procedure standardised somewhat and now we have this.
Thanks

Yeah, I agree about the pull tests. I seen that handle on the bay and when I seen 50 pound pull test I thought he has not pulled a Class I or Class II carrier plane. Profiles are a different story as I don't think they require a max pull of 100 pounds. But, I will have to go look at the rules again.

Doc
Profile is 20g's. 4lbs x 20 = 80lbs max. Most of mine pull at about 60 lbs. Class I and Class II 25 g's

Hi all I was told by Ralph Saxton that they were tested and pulled 65 lbs. This came from the horses mouth!
-
I ordered mine on 11/2. It came today! So far I am really pleased. More to follow as I take some time to get more familiar with it. I will note how light it is and how nicely it is put together. More later. I think it will be a selcome addition to HELP our Carrier hobby/sport make some gains in participants.

Here's two pictures of the newly offered 2.4 handle3. I really like it! After studying it for some time the only minor negative point is the line clips holes. I think I will enlarge them to fit the heavy clips I use. Other than that, the quality is there! I pull tested it to 80 pounds with no problem. Also the transmitter batteries were included.

I see the grip is at an angle. How do you do the pull test?
