what is a good prop size for a .15 motor and what about wood props? im running a os. .15 motor. and what about the grey props the ones that look old timey?

Start with 7-6. Then try an 8-5 or 4. A lot depends on the airplane design also. DOC Holliday

I would rule out wood, since you want flywheel action to keep the engine running. Heavy is good, at least for the prop.
You need a size prop that lets the engine get to it's rated HP RPM. With a 70 MPH speed limit, you don't need a lot of pitch.

In 15 carrier I use an APC 7X4 on my Cox Conqest engine. I have tried other sizes and that seems to work the best. The Cox spins up really well so I can't say this prop is the best for other engines but it works for me.
