Guys,
If I read the Nostalgia rules for Profile correctly, only plain bushing engines (no ball bearings) are allowed. If that is correct, which (readily available) engines are being used?

Any engine up to .36 is OK. You get 100 bonus points for a non shnrule ported engine.

In NOSTALGIA CL NAVY CARRIER Rules (1 January 2010), among the general rules, which override the 1974-75 rules:
>3.1. Engine Specifications: Engine and fuel system specifications
shall be as listed in the current AMA regulations for each event.
>6. Non-schnuerle Engine Bonus: Non-schnuerle engines will receive a bonus
of 20 points.

The bonus points for using an old by-pass engine were increased by the NCS to 100 about a month ago.

No, the engine bonus was not changed. Only the historic model bonus was changed.

Ya I got the bonus points flip flopped. 100 for the plane 20 for the motor! Mike
