Title: Latest 2 Prototype "Wildcats"
Post by: Joe Just on August 05, 2011, 05:54:09 PM
Just finished the two Wildcat proto's I've been dinging around with since I got back from Brodak's. Right now the rest of the year flying wise may be on hold as my wife Ginny isn't doing too well.  Nothing life threatening, but I need to be around the home most of the time.

I go to thinking that next year's run of Wildcats may be limited to just those I can give away here in the NW to promote the Sport .40 Profile class.  the attached pictures are really poor. Too much heat, pressed for time, etc.  One is powered by an FP .35 the other by a FP .40  making both elligible for the Sport .40 class here.

I did...spent about 5 minutes putting some gorilla glue on the wing seam the other night and left it....next day perfect and dry...used some elmers to glue in the spars and sanded out the wing slot.  guess I'll put the wires on the crank and set that up and cover the wing.  Even won a FP 40 off da bay for a few bucks... should be just right H^^
