As the 2010 Postal Carrier Contest is open to all of you in the subject countries, please send me your email addresses so I can send you the set of 2010 Postal rules.  There will be a con sidedration in the rules for you to use .40 cid engines that you currently fly, with a slight reduction in high speed scores to allow your country's local rules.  Send info to

This of course is also for US and Canada Carrier interests to receive a set of rules also.
