The July 2012 issue of Aeroplane from England (Magazine) has a feature called Database and they have a 16 page article on the Fairey Albacore in the July 2012 issue. It also includes a 3-view and photographs of the aircaft from the carriers.

I did some research, but did not proceed. Only one specimon exists, and that in England. Only one colour scheme to chose from.
For a "slider" carrier job, there's not much chord to work with and the interplane struts are a challenge.

Lots of LEGAL color schemes to choose from, but only one would be scale. Carrier rules allow any military scheme, as long as the markings of the appropriate nation are displayed. But true enough, if you're in it to win it, you would probably build something else.

Biplanes will hang with much less line sweep than a monoplane. The high speed isn't very good, and sometime they are hard to control during high speed. I have one like that now. A curtiss F6C for class I nostalgia, it is Mr. Toads wild ride during the high speed portion. But it can hang without a slider (not legally in nostalgia). They are fun to fly, but as Paul and Bill point out you probably won't win much with one.
