« on: May 18, 2014, 08:04:47 AM »
Filling out my Brodak entry form.. If I enter two Carrier events (Sportsman & 15) do I have to pay $10.00 for each one or is "Carrier" considered one event?

The way I read the form that would be two events.   I only entered Sportsman.

Got it thanks,

This could very well be the last year I will be able to go. My trip partner is having medical issues and he is not sure how many more he will be able to attend. Without him I simply can't afford the trip. Long gone are the days of $2.00 gas and $35.00 motels.

Bob, sorry to hear that. I know from seeing you fly several times at the great Brodak contest how much you enjoy going there.  When your up on "the hill" say hi for me to all those great guys flying carrier, and tell them I am there in spirit. Have fun (as if that ere anything but totally an a assurance) and don't for get the motto on the back of my shirt..."NEVER GIVE UP, NEVER SURRENDER!

Don't take that money to the grave.
The Brodak won't be around forever.
Better to share your wealth with Standard Oil, the Holiday Inn, and the Ohio toll road.

I sure had a ball, proved the little FJ's are tough and the CF rod I use for the leading edge of the fin will save the fin when you hit the ramp and the airplane flips over on it's back. Got a little mixed up, you are suppose to cut the throttle when you land not crank it full boat. Made for a couple really interesting hookups.

Thanks John for all the hard work you do to make Carrier at Brodak's happen.  I really do want to attend the last two Fly-In's especially the last one two years from now. Maybe I can get in a little practice between now and then.

It was great watching you fly your plane.   That is why I now have one of the kits for .15.   Also picked up the Brodak .15 for it.   May not be top on the competitive list, but I hope to have fun with it.   My self don't know if I will make another Brodaks Fly In.   It was a lot of fun and got to meet a lot of people.
