APC 7x4 or 7x5 on 3 different .15 engines, TT, OSCVA, Brodak .15

I never had any success with the 5-pitch.  This is a half-mile acceleration up to about 75 MPH to average 70.   You need to let the engine rev up and get up to speed.

Paul, I only use the 7x5  when I am just playing.  If and when I do get inclined to compete I use the 7x4's.  I had a customer renig on a dozen 7x5's and couldn't move them, so I use them just to use them up.  If I ever decided to get serious about competing I absolutely will use the 7x4's
