I ment to ask this long agoi, but never did. Why is it the "A few Thoughts on Finishing" thread was locked into the Building Techniques forum and not the Finishing forum??

I have no idea. Sorta seems like it should be in finishing to me. Hmmm, wonder if I can move it.  ???
