Title: Where do I get long CA applicators?
Post by: mccoy40 on October 28, 2020, 03:58:16 AM
All,

When I plank wings, glue up hard to reach parts inside of a plane, I find that the standard CA applicator nozzle is just to short to suit the
purpose. I was wondering if anyone has a ready made product that would be about three inches long (or longer) and would be rigid?

Any help is appreciated.

There are these things:

The good ones work pretty well, but some seem to be made of different material (harder) and don't work as well.

These work really well if you need them, but they are *very tricky* to use, because merely picking them up or moving them around causes you to squeeze it, and heat up the bulb. Hold them by the "neck" to minimize the issue.

I like the teflon tube a lot better than these eyedropper-style applications, but sometimes you need the extra reach.
