Take Apart -How to??
«
on:
May 09, 2006, 07:05:04 PM »
Anyone out there have clear instructions/drawings on how to build take apart planes?
I have been playing around with a couple and find it rather difficult to figure out all the bits n pieces.
Specifically the fin/Stab......I have figured out the main wing bit
Anyone help?

In Paul Walker's Impact article (1991 FM??) he shows a simple fool proof method of mounting a removable stab. It works.

Bill hit it. Pauls article on the Impact illustrates the best way. There are other methods like the plug in wing method that Paul used on his Mustangs, but that involved being pretty careful with alignment. I like the method used with the Impact.
