Anyone know of a good source for small dia. tail wheels. Like 1/2" or less ? :P

Small toy cars or trucks.

I got some of these: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXHJA7 . They are light and have held up OK so far.

Wait, Howard, you use tail wheels?

Sullivan sells some nice wheels in 1, 3/4 and 1/2" sizes. Real rubber and aluminum hubs. I've also seen the exact same ones sold in Perfect packaging.

It's a real good idea to zap a little CA on those rubber tire tailwheels on Al hubs. They tend to separate after a while. I got tired of looking all over the field for the tire, so I now just run the Aluminum hub (noisy, but it works)
