dose anybody know about vacum form stuff/? IS IT BETTER TO USE PEG BOARD OR// sheet metel with tiny little holes holes almost like screen for puling the air through andwhats better?

smaller holes give finer detail around the edges.  Just make sure the plate is well supported.

While the smaller holes probaably are better, every article on building a vacuum box for forming shows pegboard, probably for price and availability.  Maybe non-plated Perfboard  sold for electronic circuit building might be an affordable compromise  for cost and durability, as well as the fine hole structure?
