I'm using it—goood stuff.
It's very thin, like thin CA and it wicks into joints but it takes time to cure. I have used it for assembling fin to fuselage, fixed flaps to wing TE, stuff like that. I have not tried to laminate balsa ply with it so I don't kow about whether sheet balsa will curl.
Clean up with water is very useful and so long as you are not seeking instant gratification, it is good for building wings, etc, as it is not brittle like CA.
Also, it does not sting my eyes or get up my nose like Zap if I have to get close to see exactly what's going on.
