I have my Tempest wing to the point that it has the second coat of primer and I've noticed that several of the capstrips have that hairy look to them where I guess I've sanded thru HB~>. I'm planning to cover the areas with thin strips of silkspan to get rid of the rough spots. Is this the way to go?
