Don't know a thing about laminating resin so I don't know about compatibility for your purpose, but when I need syringes, I often get the veterinary kind at a local farm supply store.  I know they work great for transferring and measuring fuel as well as for priming.

Depends on how large a syringe you need?

I used to get used insulin syringes from my grand mother for building plastic scale models.

She would break the needle off flush with the end of the syringe befor she gave thm to me.

The thing that made me wild was that ex tax paying, retired diabetics had to fund their own needles but I.V drug users get them for free via the pharmaceutical benefits needle exchange program.

 That stinks!

 Cheers, Rob.

There ya go. Trade in your epoxy clogged syringes for new ones, for free, via the pharmaceutical benefits needle exchange program.  LL~ Steve
