A few more from the JVL Chipmunk build. Not much to say except that I hate trying to carve two identical wingtips. The wing halves were joined tonight also.

Looks good. Make sure you take a look at the way Don Schultz did his Chip paint scheme. It was awesome. I plan to steal that paint scheme shamelessly when I build mine.

It's a little early for me to be thinking about the color, but I had planed to do the checkerboard scheme like Jim's original. I've never done a checkerboard finish.

Looks Great. I don't see how the wing tips could be any closer or why would they need to be anyway? you're a great builder, keep posting those pictures. They inspire the rest of us to get back to the building table.
