MonoCote Hinge Pockets?

While on the subject of hinge pockets...How does one monocote flaps and elevators?

Do the hinge pockets first, Just fit don't glue,  cover then glue hinges.  The pocket you cut are visable after cutting so just slit with a # 11 then glue hinges in.

Crist R does alot of monoKote and he uses the matching Lustre Kote on the hinge pockets. I've seen the job he does and it's top notch.
