Are their any articles out there on how to build the millennium wing i thought Tom had wrote a manual on this once but i cant seem to find it.

  Model aviation  April 1977 has an article by Peter Tindal on his Chipmonk 9 which is pretty close to what you are looking for.

Contact Tom Morris and see if he still has copies of his book.   A lot of good stuff in it as well as the development of his millennium wing.

Tom just did a 2 part article on the Millennium wing in Stunt News.
