Thees warns for John , Ze Flokeerts .

This is the nose , one bulkead was previously arydited to one side .

Theres three even width 1/2 sheet ( later to be tank floor ) spacers matching formers ,

The Two Planks to keep it Even Pressure & Flat,  And the Alloy piece at bearers on nose , so theyre even vertically .

A pile of boring pictures of the doublers & bearers laminating , if someone whines for it , will post them .

( mayve figured the camera phone, If i remember next time .  :( )

You need more clamps. LL~ LL~ LL~  One of the reasons I build the motor crutch first, then add fuse sides.

The underside'l be planked with 3/16 sht. , curved , and things of that nature .

The 76 Head is further of the beams than a S Tigre 60 or the Stalker 66 ,
thus the ' helmet cowl ' to get the airflow through . We Hope .

Duct the debate with self was wether 1/8 clearance to get air over , of s f a to force air through . Its something like a eigth or three thirty two .

Theres 1/16 Ea Side of the cylinder fins & head .
Intake'l be split , bottom to head alone . Top to fins , C'case though over above and back down and out through 1/2 brass ' exhaust toobs
on the L H side . Which force the nose out under severe pressure , like wind gusts . ask Hoyle .

Out with the Sandpaper , even bought a brand new medium cut file . o.k. for finishing , but nut as quick, or fierce, as a Bastard Cut .

If you go out at 3 am and get the full moon in the right place, as it peaks out from the clouds, you get this . :-X

Will get on to the undercarrage , as a bit perculiar to this . Can then finish under & do ' split top deck ' so its invertable on board
for the ' I ' Beam wing Construction. One Day . The Ideas to get it ready for that , before standing off .

Not the best focus - must be all the daylight on this one .

Shoulda heldthe phone 90 Deg , but w t h .
Is a 112% ? version , 65 inch , of the 57 inch 40/46 version .
Bit Lighter wood as it only has to fly in 20 Kt. air , ands about as big as i think might not take me kite surfing . Wet Field .  :P

The Smaller one was flown in 20 / 25 rough  pounding air , and 30 smooth wind .

First Flight it was blowing hard but smooth .
21/40 open Ex on a 11 x 4 ,9 mm intake & C'Case pressure .
Then Std. intake . :( or later the HP 40 R P R on the 11 x 5 or 4 if blowing .
Fair bit of 1/8 8 ply ( was 5/32 on the 40 one ) and spruce / bracing .
Idea being you can fly it on downwind , as itll stop there , lines tight , in a gale .

Concept / Layout from 1976 .  H^^
