Here is the pattern I cut for the Humongous windshield.   I placed the pattern over the clear plastic, Lexan ? and cut it out.  I then heated the plastic till it got soft and bent the triangular side windows down where you see the dotted lines.  It fit great and if you build this plane hope this will help you.

The longest measurement is 3 1/2".  It is kind of hard to read on the drawing.
