Joining laser cut fuse sides.

 I have a set of laser cut fuse sides and am wondering what is the best way to join them and not have the glue joint show through the finish (CA, epoxy, elmers)?

James,
personally, I would use Titebond to join them, though I have used CA before, but it isnt recomended by all , if you are a little messy with it, it CAN cause some finishing issues,,

  Better triple-glue that thing  - the end grain is going to really soak up the glue, no matter what kind is used.

Will do, will be a few weeks yet.  I'm putting my Formula S together (hope to finish before we leave for Denver tomorrow) and then wrap up the Legacy.

Epoxy has little to no shrinkage, but I think this issue is more related to your finisihing process.   If the joint is block sanded flat and you cover with silkspan, it should not show thru.  Glue choice does have some effect on this, but a tight joint with a minimun glue line is more of a factor in how much it will show thru.  I use Titebond or Elmers wood glue.
