Does any one know the difference of having a longer flap on the ( out board wing) compaired to a ( longer in board wing) ? HB~>

Hi Larry,
Don't know of anyone using longer flaps on the outboard, but plenty of modern planes have wider outboard flaps.
Just a WAG, but I *think* the length of the flaps are pretty well kept proportional for aesthetic purposes. A *little* width doesn't show as much.
