Equal Line Lenght

How do you guys measure and insure cutting of equal line lenghts. I always come out an 1/"-1" off between lines.

Leester:
I'll wrap one set of ends, hook them on my back yard fence walk them out and even then up then wrap the other ends

Jerry Bohn:
Leester, Am I to understand you wrap the lines while they are still hooked up to the fence?

Leester:
no, I wrap put clips on hook to fence. even out the unwrapped ends disconnect roll up take inside and wrap the other ends.

Jim Thomerson:
I use uneven length leadouts.  So..................
