Most twins to this date have been designed for IC power. That requires, in most cases, that the nose moment on the Nacelles be long enough to mount the engines with a proper sized fuel tank behind it. Designing for E-power changes that, but as far as I'm aware, we, with the possible exception of Bobby Hunt, not much thought has gone into determining what might be best way to proceed using E-Power.
I prefer to "sum the moments" and try to achieve my desired balance, using the moments being moved forward or back as needed. I suspect that you may want to look at going flapless. Just use your Canards and Elevators, but what do I know? You're the one with the actual flying design. Still, mightn't there be a way to lock out the flaps to test the idea?
Best wishes, John M.
