In the PAMPA Stunt News is an article on making a "Clip Bender" by Derek Moran. I don't have the equipment to make it. Can someone sell me one?

Looks like Lee Machine sells them. Check the vendors section for 'Lee Machine'. 3-4 posts down has a post about it.

Yes, Jim Lee sells them.
I have one, bought it from him at the KOI this year, a great tool!
Also, buy the wire for fabbing clips from Jim when buying the tool, will save you time and gas $ running around town looking for same.

I bought one from Jim Lee at last years Nats. It works great.
