Hello,
Do you know if and where I can buy small diameter carbon composite wrapped tubes in Canada?
Example: OD=0.25 - 0.28", ID=0.21-0.23, tapered or not.

Do a Google search for kite shops and supplies! They use lots of carbon fiber tubes.
